Do I have to get all the same style or same size shirts?
No. You can order a variety of sizes and styles to reach your desired quantity, as long as you’re printing the same design and ink color on all. For example, you can order a mixture of men’s and ladies’ shirts in a full range of sizes and colors as long as they all are printed with the same design. If an ink change is needed, it is possible for a $20 charge.

Can I get a garment sample?
Yes, we do provide sample garments. Call or email us to order samples or for additional details.

Do you decorate customer supplied goods?
Full Circle Promos is a full service provider of customized wearables. We rarely print on customer supplied goods but sometimes exceptions can be made. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What is your return policy?
All orders printed at Full Circle are custom and returns will only be accepted if there is a misprint or other defect in the garments. To ensure accuracy, we will not print your order until a final proof has been emailed and received your approval. Shirts that contain mistakes, but match the approved proof (such as spelling error which was overlooked and approved anyway) cannot be returned. In the case of a misprint or defect please contact us immediately.

What type of art file do you require?
To be able to produce quality images on the garments, artwork is of the utmost importance! We are not talking about the quality of the design itself, but the file format which the design was originally created and is being submitted. If the art files are not provided as shown below, there is a $30 per half hour charge for re-creating or cleaning up low quality images.

Our preferred format is CorelDraw (.cdr), vector-based images.

We also accept vector-based PDF, EPS, or some AI files.

All text/type must be converted to outlines or the font provided.

Will my ink look exactly like I am seeing on the proof provided?
Due to differences in computer monitors, we can not guarantee that the ink will match exactly what you are seeing in the provided proof. The colors are reflected as accurately as possible though some variations may occur.
